Notices Of Delinquency
Pursuant to Chapter 14 of the laws of 2007 (Public Employees Ethics Reform Act) Notices of Delinquency for failure to file the financial disclosure statement each year will be posted on the Commission's website. The Commission has begun this process with the posting of a list of academic filers who have not filed the 2006 statement which was due November 15, 2007, or within 30 days of commencing a qualifying position.
